| Take the cardboard cover off and your 4-wheeler should look like this.
Remove the steel crate and plastic covering. |
| In addition to the frame and body, there will be some parts that require assembly. They will include 4 Tires, Battery, Owners Manual, Battery Tender, Rear Rack, Front Bumper Guard, Tool Kit, Bag of Hardware, Battery Strap, Rubber Wheel Hub Covers, 4 Handle Bar Clamps and a Battery Box. |
| Include in the bag of hardware:
Tire and Rack Bolts (B1): 15 Handle Bar Bolts (B2): 4 Cotter Pins (CP): 2 Nuts (N1): 6 Lock Washers (LW): 6 |
| Remove the metal ties holding the rear axles to the steel crate. |
| Then place the bike on a jack or lift. |
| Place the front wheel over the front axle and use B1 to secure. |
| Make sure that the treads face forward and the valve stem is facing out.
Then place the Rubber wheel hub cover over the axle nut. |
| For Rear Wheel Assembly, remove the cotter pin using needle nose pliers. Remove nut and washers from axle. Place the rear wheel on and replace the washers and nut in the same order you took them off. Tighten down the nut and replace the cotter pin using a NEW one from the hardware bag.

| Again, make sure that the treads face forward and the valve stem is facing out.

Battery Assembly
When assembling the battery, you want to wear protective eyewear and gloves. You will be handling a container of sulfuric acid, so keep your children away from it. If you get any acid on your clothing, carefully remove and dispose of it. If you get any on your skin, wash thoroughly with water.

| Remove the Red tape that is over the top of the battery. |
| Turn the vials over and place over the six holes of the battery. Put a little weight on the vials until the battery punctures each one. Let the electrolyte sit for about 20 minutes, then remove the vials very carefully.
Place the black cap over the battery to properly seal it. |
| Place the battery in the battery box before fastening it to the frame. |
| Fasten the front of the battery box using B1 and N1.

| Fasten the back of the battery box with B1.
*Make sure that the end of the rear rack is behind the battery box when assembling* |
| Assemble the rest of the rear rack using B1. |
| There are 4 handle bar clamps that come with the bike. Make sure that the two with the flat edges are below the handle bar. |
| Place the ignition switch just above the steering column but below the handle bar clamps.

| *Place the ignition switch IN FRONT of the handle bars.* |
| Fasten the handle bar clamps and ignition switch using B2. |
