received bike on schedule and was impressed with how much of the bike was assembled. i only had a few adjustments,etc...after the original assembly i did the the 300mile oil change and even that was managable.i weigh 165 lbs and the bike has no problem doing 62mph on flat ground.it cruises at 55-60mph easily.the bike has been running well and i am really impressed with its \"get up and go!\"have had many people come up to me and ask where i got such a nice bike.i want to up to a 250cc in the spring. I finally got my Scooter Cranked up today and took it for a test ride around my apartment complex. I feel like a little kid in a candy shop every time I get on my scooter. This is the first motorcycle I have owned and I am loving it. The assembly was very easy and took no time at all. The whole ordering process from the initial order to the delivery at the door was a good experience. I highly recommend these guys to everyone who asks me about the scooter. Rating: |

Nice Scooter, Christine and the other sales staff are very good. I was going between 2 companies and the sales staff convinced me to go with Scooters Factory. Got it delivered on time, took just over 1hr to unpack and found a few marks and dents and ripped seat. Triny has promised to send me the replacement parts, which i have been told have now been posted to me (except seat 2 months to wait). (will update when they arrive). Yesterday after 2 days on the road and exactly 71 miles on the clock, the speedometer has stopped working. Michael told me to dimantle the console area to check the cable was connected and also passed me on to the tech department who did not answer the phone and i was left hanging on for 35 min then i hung up. Taking very,very care and attention it took me 3.5hrs to take it off and put it back on. The cable was attached OK. So now i have a scooter with a speedo that does not work... lets hope i can speak to someone today... will update on how i get on, unless my message gets deleted...hope not.... Rating:  |

I recieved my scooter a week ago and was very pleased with the shipping container and the scooter. I have been ridding it for a week now and have no complaints it runs nice and smooth and yet looks very sporty. I weight around 250 and it takes a little time but i get it going 55 mph. This item is highly recommended by me for the qaulity and the price of the item for what you get. Rating:  |

Wow, what a cool bike. I've had several people ask where they can get one of these. I don't believe there is a better deal out there and I spent some serious time on the web looking. I was pleased with the quick processing, the ahead of schedule shipping, and the overall ease of this purchase. My daughter and I unpacked and had this little beauty running in about 5 hours. ( that's how long the initial battery charge took} This scooter will no doubt save me some gas money and I will probably never be without one again. It is fun, safe, and looks great. I would suggest that Oregon buyers make sure they get the EPA certificate along with their ownership papers so registration goes smoothly.The scooters factory staff are very helpful with that.
