I LOVE MY SCOOTER!! From start to finish the ordering process was a breeze and today I got my final paperwork from the DMV. I'm just super pleased. I been using my scooter to get me to and from work, a 10 mile round trip. I can't tell you the looks I get and the comments made. I parked my bike in front of my place of business and everyone wanted to know where I got it. From someone who has never driven any type of motor bike I can't believe how easy it is, just turn the key and push a button and your off!! There is no need for me to drive over 40 mph and this product, after the required break in period, does so with ease and stability. If your thinking about buying from ScootersFactory DO!! We bought this bike and a havana 150. First off, When the bike came, it was fully assembled... (other than battery and mirrors but who cares) I did major research and all most all of them had to be put together (front wheel, brakes etc). We uncrated this and with in 1/2 an hour we were on the road. We had a minor problem with the gas sensor and Koby in service helped us out and sent out the new parts and now we are great! One of our neighbor has anoter scooter for a local dealer and he paid 3-4 times more than we did and he likes how ours ride better than his. Even when we went to the BMV to get a title, they were amazed how organized the scooterfactory was. They said there are some companies that you can not even get a title or plates because they do not offer an MSO, whichs mean you bought a bike that you cannot take on the road. Be careful!!
