Take back the classic retro style with the all new 50cc Lance Charming 50 Moped Scooter.
The Lance 50cc Charming gas scooter is a stylish product well worth the inexpensive price tag. Not only will you be riding this comfortable moped at your leisure, but you'll be saving money and causing jealousy in your neighborhood. The look and feel of this compact two wheeler will bring you back to the days when Vespa seemed like an inexpensive alternative to the megalomaniacal practices of corporate car manufacturers. Now that time has passed and we need a new scooter with the classic feel of those revolutionary days. Well here it is.
Not only will you save money on the purchase, but you will also save at the gas pump. This moped scooter pumps out around 80 to 100 miles per gallon. Compare that to 25 mpg for the average small to mid-sized car. Now you can still get to your destinations, but you'll have a lot more cash on hand to spend on yourself, rather than your commute.
Let's not forget about the slick style of this inexpensive motor scooter. Its two-tone color and vintage design will be a beacon of individualism in a crowd of cookie-cutter cars. You'll also have the advantage of chrome headlight look, instrument panel, engine, and decals. So not only will it be a metaphorical beacon of light, on a sunny day it will be literal as well.
Add to this all the extra upgraded features like front ABS disc brake and the 12 months or 12,000 miles warranty. Oh and did we forget to mention that unlike most scooter companies, this one will arrive at your door fully assembled! No having to hassle with attaching parts, handlbars and front wheel to get it started. You just have to open it up, insert battery, check fluid levels, gas it up and go!

Great price for a really stylish vehicle.
It's definitely a nod to the original Italian job.
Vespa would be impressed!
Performance is another matter altogether.
The scooter is fairly reliable, but make no mistake, everything is plastic, and the 50cc is especially slow.
Ive driven name brand Japanese scooters, and of course, Vespa, and believe me, the engine quality quite different.
The lance tops out around 25mph, on a good day.
But for running around the neighborhood, especially one without alot of hills, the lance gets it done, and it's kinda fun.
If you need a 50cc scooter to get to work or school everyday, you need something thats gonna do at least 40-45mph. A good Japanese 50cc engine can do this.
All and all, I probably would've saved up a little longer for something stronger. But I would still recommend the scooter with this disclaimer. Rating: ![]() |

Two other friends and I each bought the Charming and the other 49cc scooter. One of the Charmings did not work properly and eventually had to be replaced. It\'s like the old adage: you get what you pay for. I\'m not trying to knock it. For the price, let\'s be fair, it\'s not bad. If you just wanna shoot around the neighborhood, like I do, then not a bad choice. But, if you\'re riding this thing to school or something, you might want to look into something more reputable.
Couple other buddies have a name brand Japanese scooter. Head to head, the quality is obvious. Though they are supposed to be comparable, the Japanese brand tops out at 40 and doesn\'t sound like its breaking a sweat. Mine will do 40, but sounds like it\'s going to blowup and i have to let off the gas. The Japanese name brand\'s engine is quite. The charming sounds like a Harley. Also, when starting, if I don\'t rev the gas it will cut out. Not so with the Japanese counterpart. If I had to do it all over again, I\'d still prob go with the Charming, for half the price. But, if you could afford it or really needed to rely on it for more than a ride to the supermarket, go with the name brand.
Oh, go and see Trini. She takes care of business. Rating: ![]() |

I was glad I got the Lance Charming. I was really debating on buying from another website or your company and with Raymond’s help I decided to go with scootersfactory. It was the best decision I’ve made. The scooter came in perfect condition and I hooked up the battery and the mirrors and I was all set to go. It was a perfect fit from my home to work which was around 10 miles. I cannot have enough of riding this scooter around because it looks really nice. I have a friend that wants to buy a scooter and I will definitely have him call Raymond and purchase it from Scootersfactory.com. Thanks so much. Rating: ![]() |

I just wanted to thank Raymond for all the confidence he gave me to purchase this Lance Charming scooter. He made me feel comfortable and assured me that if any issues do arise that they have a customer support group and sure enough they did. I had a problem getting the batteries hooked up correctly and a simple thing like that a tech was there to go through it step by step with me. The scooter is now running great and im so glad I got it from u guys and not from another company. Thanks a lot Raymond. You’ve been really helpful. Rating: ![]() |

This thing is absolutely beautiful!!! It is definitely the upgraded model of the Sicily, and it was well worth the 3 week wait that Sean told me to wait for. I definitely recommend the Lance products! Rating: ![]() |
