Thus far my experience with ScootersFactory.com has been excellent, much better than I ever anticipated. I've just purchased my 2nd DB05 for several reasons.1. You all answer your emails pronto. Nothing scares a sales prospectfrom buying 3,000 miles away than not getting email answered in a promptmanner. Each of the several times I've emailed I've gotten an answerpronto.2. You have a nice sales staff. I've worked with Rachelle on severaloccasions. Initially I had a bunch of questions prior to my 1stpurchase and she answered them very professionally. I ordered and shetook care of the whole mess. It was very painless. Each time I'vecalled or made an inquiry and spoke to her she's been super.3. You take orders over the phone. Yes I know this is the Internet age,and I buy on Internet all the time, but still it's nice to talk tosomeone when you are purchasing a fairly big item. It supports thenotion that yours isn't a home based business or some kind of side linebusiness or some kind of shell company that is a pass through company.4. You folks are a licensed dealer. This is not a side business.Clearly you all have thought long and hard about the business.5. You have a good website, not just of the vehicle descriptions andprices, etc. but I like the live chat technology. As a s/w dev managerit's nice to see such things.
