I sure hope we get this bike running before winter gets here otherwise I should have purhcased a snowmobile! Hahaha Just Kidding. By the way on a side note I may be looking to purchase a ATV or Dirt Bike for my kids and was wondering what you recommend for my kids one is 8 and the other 10. I don't want something to big but yet nothing to small. I would like to consider your company again even through this minor problem with this bike I still believe you run a good business.

I wanted to let you know that you have one of the most pleasant sales persons' that I have ever dealt with. Rachelle is very informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and answered my emails promptly. The only thing negative I have to say about her is that she is a Dodgers fan and I am a Huge Astros fan but other than that, I think she is the best. Mr. Conway: You can use 10W-30, this is fine. When you receive the item, we recommend that you drain out the oil that is already in the bike and replace it with American oil. This dirt bike is not necessarily modeled after any particular model, but it does have a Honda replicated engine. We are still working on the parts section of our website, and this is why you do no see any parts here. Unfortunately, we do not sell any after market parts at this time, but we will in the near future. I hope that I answered all of your questions. Please feel free to email with any further inquiries. Mr. Marshall Thank you for the pictures. It turns out that my parts manager already sent out the replacement cap for you. According to FedEX.com, the package should be arriving today. If at all possible, and when you have time, can you please send the defective gas cap back to us. It will help us in showing the manufacture to check things like this before they are crated up and shipped out. If you are not able to send theis part back to us, its not a problem. Had it running before this email got to me based on my best guess and glad my guess was right. On a side note, the go kart is GREAT. My kids LOVE it. I bought it for my oldest at 8. He has down syndrome and has no trouble driving it at all and LOVES it. Great product and I highly recommed it.
