I'm happy with everthing just fix your warranty claim faster i spoke to a tech his name was michael ext num#114 he was beyond nice and helpful that guy for me was a blessing and im not kidding he took his time not like alot of people that just want to get rid of you i live in nyc from the bronx i dont know that tech but he is welcome to stay with me and my wife anytime hes in nyc if i was his boss ans i know what im talking about because i had 2 stores so i know what it is to have good workers he needs an up at your company or raise anthony thank you very much

The Scooter unpacked easily and started right up...my 16 year old daughter (Amber) was putting up and down the dead-end street in front of our house in less that 1 hour. She Loves it! The manuals that came with the scooter were vague, but Dominic and Dale were both patient and helpful as I had numerous questions about the battery installation. This is the first scooter I've owned, and couldn't believe the price and ease of ordering through scootersfactory.com. Frankly, I thought it was a little too good to be true! Koby and the rest of you who have helped me, I wanted to thank you for your service this week. I recieved all of the parts today by UPS. Just so you know what came in, I recieved two headlight bulbs, the correct right-side fender, and the tail light assembly. I have already replaced the headlight bulb and it works fine. My scooter is now street legal. I'm really not mechanically inclined enough to put the fender or the taillight assembly on myself, so I'm going to have a local ATV-Scooter-Motorcycle dealer do the work for me. I just want to extend a very very appreciative thank you. I know you all worked very hard to satisfy me this week when you realized I was having problems and you came through for me. I'll get the other parts put on next week, and I'll be totally ready to go but I just wanted to say thanks for all your efforts. You did you as you said you would and I'm very satisfied. Thanks again, and you can count on me to do business with you in the future when the time comes.

The chrome Harley-style handlebars and old school headlight and instrument panel have everyone I meet asking me where to get one. I order lots of products online and I my experience with ScootersFactory.com has been by far the easiest, most friendly experience I've ever had. While the shipping crate and packing was put together like Ft. Knox, the unpacking and assembly was super easy. I was on the road within an hour of having received the shipment. Raymond, Just wanted to say thanks for my recent order of 2 dirt bikes (DB-07A). Was a little concerned with dealing over the internet but the bikes arrived on time and in good condition. My sons and I completed the remaining assembly in a few hours. The bikes are a pleasure to ride. West Virginia is still pretty wild with lots of trails to explore. So far the bikes have proven themselves by climbing up any hill we attempted. And you wouldn't believe how steep some of the hills are (almost like riding straight up and down side of mountain). The sales person I worked with was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. You folks run a first class business.
