Warranty:
We guarantee our vehicles from manufacture defects within the advertised warranty period from the date you receive your vehicle. Factory warranty periods may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Please see your vehicle description for detailed factory warranty periods. ScootersFactory.com will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs. Buyers are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty.
The following are vehicle owners responsibilites:
- Properly use, service, maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the owner's manual. Service shedules and record sheet may be asked when procession warranty claim.
The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:
- Filters
- Hoses
- Lubricants
- Gaskets
- Spark plugs
- Standard wear and tear: plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.)batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts and tires.
- Extreme riding, racing or competition
- Loss of time without motorcycle
- Vandalism, fire or theft
- Crash or accident
- Unauthorized outside repair
- Improper maintenance and/or lack of maintenance according to service manual. All scheduled maintenance must be documented by a certified technician.
Labor is free if you send your vehicle to our warehouse facility for repair - Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges

You may extend your factory warranty on your vehicle by purchasing the following: (please see your vehicle description for factory warranty periods).
- 6 Months Extended Warranty: $ 69
- 12 Months Extended Warranty: $99
- 24 Months Extended Warranty: $149
- 36 Months Extended Warranty: $199
Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects.
For your safety and the safety of your family, any necessary assembly or maintenance must be performed by a certified technician in order for warranty to be valid. There may be unforeseen issues that require the expertise and knowledge of a trained professional. These issues include, but not limited to: electrical connections that have become disconnected in shipping, vacuum or fuel hose(s) dislodged in shipping and Loose nuts and bolts in need of tightening. While these issues are normally very simple to correct, most being a simple re-connection, they can be a nuisance and very difficult to troubleshoot without the proper knowledge.
Our first concern at ScootersFactory.com is your safety and satisfaction. These vehicles will be driven at high speeds and by children in some cases. These concerns are better preserved by having your vehicle properly assembled and inspected prior to use.

Return Policy:
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
At ScootersFactory.com, we value your complete satisfaction. If within 7 days of receiving your vehicle you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, just give our customer service department a call and we will refund you your money.
The following are our Return Policy Agreement:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
- Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition. Vehicle must not be used or ridden.
- This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance.
- All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that have any sustained damages.
- In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
- Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non refundable.
- Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
- There is a 6% credit card transactions cancellation or refund fee for any credit card transactions.
- NO RESTOCKING FEE if you are not completely satisfied with your vehicle in any way!
