Warranty:
We guarantee our vehicles from manufacture defects within the advertised warranty period from the date of purchase. Factory warranty periods is 12 months limited drive train components (engine and transmission only) and 30 days limited on electrical and external mechanical parts. Please see your vehicle description for detailed factory warranty periods. ScootersFactory.com will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs. Buyers are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty. For your safety and the safety of your family, any necessary assembly or maintenance must be performed by a certified technician in order for warranty to be valid.
The following are vehicle owner's sole responsibilities:
- Properly use, service, maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the owner's manual.
- provide all service records and warranty repair invoices for submission of all warranty claims.
- All labor fee's related to, but not limited to: warranty repairs, schedule maintenance or related repairs.
- All fee's incurred related to, but not limited to: storage fee's, towing fee's, shipping fee's, housing cost's subsequent vehicle retal fee's.
The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:
- Any damage resulting from negligence of the periodic maintenance.
- Any damage that are a result from repairs, adjustments or maintenance operation by any methods other than those specified by Manufacture.
- Any damage which results from hard driving due to race, rally or operation in a location not generally used for driving.
- Any damage which results from use beyond the limitations specified in the Manufacture Operations Manuals such as overloading the vehicle, or any damage from the use under a normal conditions.
- Any damage caused when the product is used as a rental vehicle
- Any damage which results from use of non-genuine parts of accessories or fuel, lubricant or fluid not specified by Manufacture.
- Any damage which results from modifications of the product.
- Any damage that results from the passage of time (natural fading of painted surface, shell peeling and other deterioration); Consumable replacement parts due to natural wears and tears such as spark plugs, drive chains, drive belts, air cleaners elements, brake shoes, clutch disks, light bulbs, batteries, rubber parts, tube & tires, oils and cables.
- Any damage due to improper storage or transport.
- Any damage which results from repairs adjustment or maintenance operations performed by any person other than Manufacture, distributors or the dealers.
- Any damage which results from unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, and second damages base in any other these occurrences.
- Incidental of additional expenses insured for making any claims such as those for towing, communications, hotel and meals as sell as any losses during maintenance period, such as lose of time loss of business and rental car expenses.
- Schedule maintenance and inspections fees.
- Cosmetics not covered under warranty.
You may extend your factory warranty on your vehicle by purchasing the following: (please see your vehicle description for factory warranty periods).
- 6 Months Extended Warranty: $ 69
- 12 Months Extended Warranty: $99
Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned, at buyer's cost, to exchange for new replacement part(s). Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping new replacement part(s) under warranty. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects.
For your safety and the safety of your family, any necessary assembly or maintenance must be performed by a certified technician in order for warranty to be valid. There may be unforeseen issues that require the expertise and knowledge of a trained professional. These issues include, but not limited to: electrical connections that have become disconnected in shipping, vacuum or fuel hose(s) dislodged in shipping and Loose nuts and bolts in need of tightening. While these issues are normally very simple to correct, most being a simple re-connection, they can be a nuisance and very difficult to troubleshoot without the proper knowledge.
Our first concern at ScootersFactory.com is your safety and satisfaction. These vehicles will be driven at high speeds and by children in some cases. These concerns are better preserved by having your vehicle properly assembled and inspected prior to use.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
At ScootersFactory.com, we value your complete satisfaction. If within 5 days of receiving your vehicle you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, just give our customer service department a call and we will refund you your money.
The following are our Return Policy Agreement:
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
- Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 5 days in new and re-sellable condition. Vehicle must not be used,ridden or registered with DMV.
- This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance.
- All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that have any sustained damages.
- In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
- Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non refundable.
- Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped.
- There is a 6% credit card transactions cancellation or refund fee for any credit card transactions.
- NO RESTOCKING FEE if you are not completely satisfied with your vehicle in any way!
