Warranty Claim Form

Please complete the following form if your vehicle is UNDER WARRANTY.

Please use the "Parts Request Form" if your vehicle is OUT OF WARRANTY.

We guarantee our vehicles from manufacture defects within the advertised warranty period from the date you receive your vehicle. Factory warranty periods may vary from vehicle to vehicle.  Please see your vehicle description for detailed factory warranty periods. Scootersfactory.com will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs. Buyer's are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty. 

 

Please review our Warranty Agreement for warranty limitations and exclusions.

 

Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to us to exchange for new replacement parts. New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs.

 

Please send defective part(s) along with a copy of your warranty claim form to our Service Department.
